Unmanned Surface Vehicles Sailing Towards the Briny Deep
Have you ever heard about unmanned boat, and its use? Do you know how is the sampling of water polluted by natural disaster being conducted? No matter what the answers are, one could easily connect all these with “innovation”, that everywhere in the world has been emphasizing nowadays. Dr. Figo Zhang, Founder and CEO of Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligence Technology Co. Ltd. will give you all the answers in his Talk.
Dr. Zhang graduated from his PhD in the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. While he was pursing his studies, he already founded Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligence Technology. As a pioneer in the unmanned sailing industry, he is enlisted on the “Thousand Talents Plan” as the youngest expert. In 2013, Dr. Zhang and his team won the champion in the national innovation and entrepreneurship competition organized by the Ministry of Technology. He is also named “100 World Youth Innovators” in 2014. Besides, Dr. Zhang is holding various appointments in higher education, professional society and youth association including Xidian University, Wuhan University of Technology, Chinese Society for Oceanography, Chinese Association of Young Scientists and Technologists and China Youth Entrepreneur Association.
