With the rapid distribution of AI, it is important to understand what people think about this new technology. Independently, two frameworks have been proposed in the literature aiming to shed light on how people form AI attitudes or what kind of variables need to be considered to get insights into individual differences in AI attitudes and AI wellbeing (the latter describing wellbeing when interacting with AI systems).

A synthesis of the two frameworks has been published by Christian Montag, Cheng-Zhong Xu (Montag & Xu: ICI at University of Macau) and Raian Ali from Hamad Bin Khalifa University in the journal Telematics and Informatics Reports. This work provides insights into similarities and differences between the frameworks.
